Registered Clinical Counselling Services
Counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are exempt from GST under current Canadian tax legislation.
Additional services delivered by non-regulated providers or services outside of clinical counselling may be subject to applicable taxes.
Counselling Services (RCC)
• Initial Consultation (10-15 minutes): No charge
• Individual Session (50 minutes): $150–$200
• Extended Session (85 minutes): $230-$280
Mobile sessions may have surcharge depending on distance
Community & Mobile Support Services
Rates for community-based and mobile services vary depending on service type, provider qualifications, and location.

A personalized service plan and fee structure will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Consultation & Professional Development
Professional development (Pro D) sessions are available for schools and organizations. Rates vary based on session length, group size, and customization.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a full session fee.
Receipts & Insurance
Receipts are provided for all counselling services and may be submitted for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on individual coverage.
