Receipts are provided for counselling services and may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on individual coverage.
Counselling services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are exempt from GST. Other services may be subject to applicable taxes.
Payment is accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
